This is just another one of my sketches... I know, I know it's nowhere close to being a finished piece, but I would greatly appreciate some feedback. As I mentioned in my last upload, I do tend to feel that the images I produce are a bit flat unless I'm doing 3D modelling, and some pointers would greatly help.

I started by blocking in the foreground in straight black hard contours, then I continued to scribble the midsection, and backdrop. A few layers later, I started adding highlights and contrast. Adding color was actually the last step in the process, and was summed up within 1 actual coloring layer, 1 screen layer and 1 saturation layer.
